## 2026 Tax Rules Implemented

- Tax-free threshold: First ₦800,000
- PIT bands: 15%, 18%, 21%, 23%, 25%
- Small company: 0% CIT if turnover ≤₦50M AND assets ≤₦250M (professional service firms excluded)
- Rent Relief: 20% of annual rent (capped at ₦500,000)
- Development Levy: 4% on profits (replaces TET)
